Apart from general tax advice, we mainly pursue the following activities:
- accountancy and administrative activities in general
- preparing annual accounts / audit and review engagements
- payroll accounting
- advice on social security and payroll tax matters
- arranging for any type of tax return
- advice on labour law matters (specific) and legal support (general)
- guidance to new and restarting businesses at special fixed rates
- guidance of merger and acquisition transactions
- interim management
Please note that all accountancy, audit and review engagements will be carried out, when necessary, in close cooperation with registered accountants (RAs) and/or accounting consultants (certified AAs). The cooperating firms are licensed by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) pursuant to the Accountants Organizations (Supervision) Act (Wta).
